Equipment Returns

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return or troubleshooting assistance for equipment purchases.
  • Before initiating a return, please contact us for troubleshooting. Many issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a return.
  • To begin the return process, contact our customer support team. 

Perishable and Opened Food Products

  • Due to safety and quality concerns, perishable products (grain, opened yeast, opened hops, chemicals, etc.) food items cannot be returned for credit.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if any perishable items arrive damaged.

General Return Guidelines

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and accessories, unless the product is defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
