Same-Day Pickup Policy

• Grain, Hops, and Yeast: Due to the perishable nature of these items, they are only available for in-store pickup. Please select the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout if your order includes any of these products.

• Order Processing: Orders containing in-store pickup items will be prepared and held for pickup at our designated location. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup.

• Pickup Availability: In-Store Pickup is available Monday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

  • Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be available for same-day pickup between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after the noon deadline will be ready for pickup the following business day during the same pickup window.

 

Shipping Eligibility

• All other items in our store are eligible for shipping and will be shipped directly to your address.

Processing and Shipping Times

• We aim to process and ship eligible orders within 3 business days after receiving your order.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your convenience.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
