Fermoale AY4 is a versatile top-fermenting yeast that can be used to brew a wide range of American and English-style ales, including pale ales (IPA, APA, EPA), brown ales, and porters. It delivers light malty flavor notes with a touch of citrus, and esters are mild, giving a balanced and clean, neutral finish.
