Smooth and versatile, Export Brown Malt brings biscuity, nutty, and gently toasted flavors with just a touch of cocoa. Lighter than traditional brown malt, it adds depth and complexity to Brown Ales, Milds, Porters, and Amber Lagers without harsh roast bitterness. Use 5–15% for best results.
