These 20 x 20 cm filter pads are specially designed for use with the Buon Vino Super-Jet Filter. The coarse pads have a nominal rating of 7 microns, making them suitable for the initial clarification of particularly cloudy red and white wines. Because the rating is nominal, some particles smaller than 7 microns will be captured, while some larger particles may pass through; the 7-micron figure represents an average pore size.
