Carapils

Carapils is a unique, specialty dextrin malt produced by Briess that is often used to enhance beer's body, head retention, and mouthfeel without impacting flavor or color significantly. It is a very light malt that does not contribute much in terms of sweetness or malt flavor, making it ideal when brewers want to improve the beer's texture and stability without altering the core flavor profile.
