Create classic Belgian ales with CellarScience MONK Dry Yeast. This strain is renowned for producing clean yet complex beers, making it perfect for Belgian-style Blondes, Pales, and Abbey-style Dubbels, Tripels, and Quads. It imparts delicate dried fruit notes and restrained phenolics, resulting in a balanced and flavorful brew.
