Craft authentic Belgian-style saisons with CellarScience SAISON Dry Yeast. This strain produces a complex profile featuring hints of fruit, citrus, and classic spicy phenolic flavors. It ferments very dry, leaving behind a beer with a soft malt body and rich mouthfeel.

SAISON yeast is designed for direct pitching into wort, simplifying the brewing process. Each 12g sachet is sufficient for a 5–6 gallon batch, providing up to 9% more yeast than other brands.
Brewing Tips: For optimal results, ferment within the recommended temperature range to achieve the desired balance of fruity and spicy notes. While direct pitching is effective, some brewers prefer rehydration for high-gravity worts.
