Grain Bill
- 5.5 lbs Maris Otter
- 1 lb Crystal 40
- 0.5 lb Honey Malt
- 0.5 lb Munich Malt
- 0.25 lb Chocolate Malt
- 0.25 lb Crystal 120

Hops
- 1 oz Kent Goldings (60 min boil)

Yeast
- White Labs Edinburgh Ale Yeast
Instructions:
1. Mash
- Heat 5 gallons of water to 150°F (65°C).
- Add grains to your mash tun and hold at 150°F for 60 minutes.
- Sparge with 4 gallons of water heated to 170°F (77°C) to collect 6.5 gallons of wort.
2. Boil
- Bring the wort to a vigorous boil for 60 minutes. Add hops as indicated:
- 60 min: 1 oz Kent Goldings
3. Cool and Ferment
- Cool wort to 70°F using a wort chiller or ice bath.
- Transfer wort to a sanitized fermenter and pitch the yeast.
- Ferment at 70°F for 1-2 weeks or until fermentation is complete.
4. Bottle or Keg
- Bottle your beer with 6 oz of priming sugar for carbonation or keg and force carbonate.
- Allow bottled beer to condition for 2-3 weeks before serving.

Clean Your Bagpipes is a malt-forward ale with a smooth and layered profile. Expect rich caramel and toffee flavors from Crystal malts, a hint of honey sweetness, and subtle chocolate undertones.
