LALVIN ICV D47

Lalvin ICV D47 is a white wine yeast strain isolated from the Côtes du Rhône region in France. It is renowned for producing full-bodied, complex wines with enhanced mouthfeel and aromatic profiles. This strain is particularly effective in barrel-fermented Chardonnay and other white varietals, contributing to ripe, spicy aromas with tropical and citrus notes when aged on lees.
