Hops
- 1.5 oz Chinook (90 min boil)
- 3 oz Warrior (90 min boil)
- 1 oz Simcoe (45 min boil)
- 1 oz Columbus (30 min boil)
- 2 oz Centennial (flameout)
- 1 oz Simcoe (flameout)

- 1 lb. Corn Sugar (10 min boil)
- 1 lb. Corn Sugar (10 min boil)

Yeast
- California White Labs WLP001 Yeast

Dry Hop (at 1 week)
- 3 oz Columbus
- 1.75 oz Centennial
- 1.75 oz Simcoe
Instructions:
1. Mash
- Heat 5 gallons of water to 150°F (65-67°C).
- Add grains to your mash tun and hold at this temperature for 60 minutes.
- Sparge with 4 gallons of water heated to 170°F (77°C) to collect 6.5 gallons of wort.
2. Boil
- Bring the wort to a vigorous boil. Add hops and additives according to the schedule:
- 90 min: 1.5 oz Chinook + 3 oz Warrior
- 45 min: 1 oz Simcoe
- 30 min: 1 oz Columbus
- 10 min: 1 lbs. Corn Sugar
- Flameout: 2 oz Centennial + 1 oz Simcoe
3. Cool and Ferment
- Cool wort to 70°F (20°C) using a wort chiller or ice bath.
- Transfer wort to a sanitized fermenter and pitch the yeast.
- Ferment at 70°F for 1-2 weeks or until fermentation is complete.
4. Dry Hop
- At 1 week, add the dry hops directly to the fermenter: 3 oz Columbus, 1.75 oz Centennial, 1.75 oz Simcoe.
- Allow the beer to condition on the hops for 5-7 days.
5. Bottle or Keg
- Bottle your beer with 6 oz priming sugar for carbonation or keg and force carbonate.
- Allow bottled beer to condition for 2-3 weeks.
