Vienna Malt

This malt is kilned at slightly higher temperatures than Pilsner malt, resulting in a golden hue and enhanced body and fullness in the final beer. It imparts subtle flavors of maltiness, sweeness, baked bread, and hints of caramel, with sligh nutty notes also present. Due to its moderate enzyme activity, Vienna Malt is versatile and well-suited for relatively pale-colored beers.
