White Wheat

Great Western White Wheat malt is cultivated exclusively in the Pacific Northwest and is fully malted and kilned to develop a soft, balanced sweetness with a light bready flavor. This malt enhances foam retention and contributes a yellow-gold color to the final brew. Its enzyme levels are comparable to those of two-row malt, making it suitable for use as a base malt in various wheat beer styles, including American and German Hefeweizens, Kolsch, Weizen, and Dunkelweizen.
